In connection with the Training 4 Industry system, we propose the e-learning/blended implementation of part of the knowledge within the company, for each job or for each employee. International examples also show that it is typically efficient to provide onboarding training materials online to ensure the successful integration of new employees within the company without losing sight of the fact that “real-life” support for new colleagues is also of paramount importance. In addition, however, there are other professional competences and knowledge areas that can also be effectively processed as online learning material in every company.
The processed knowledge is continuously available to employees
Freeing up the working time, or part of the working time, of colleagues who would otherwise be carrying out the trainings
The completion of online training is easy to follow from an HR perspective, significantly simplifying the related administrative activities
High-priority curricular units can be supported by advanced online testing modules
The curriculum can be differentiated - for example, by offering longer or shorter training modules based on an adaptive opening test in the annual refresher courses
Integrated implementation with Training 4 Industry
We support companies in every step of the e-learning implementation process:
- Help your company define the objectives and select training units that match your company profile.
- to prepare a script for e-learning implementation based on the material provided by the company (e.g. training documentation currently in use).
- Finalisation of the scenarios with the partner.
- complete the training material based on the approved scenarios:
- creation of video content
- preparation of audio material
- creation of interactive elements
- preparation of testing modules
- implementation of the whole curriculum in a coherent framework
- making any changes or fine-tuning deemed necessary by the client.
5. On request, we can also provide maintenance/updating services for the training materials produced, and of course we will provide detailed instructions on how to use the system.
Linking to the T4I system
Our priority is to implement an integrated approach to corporate development, so the e-learning modules work closely with the corporate competency profiles and employee training pathways managed in the T4I system. This means:
- Linkability: the knowledge/competences processed in the e-learning format can be linked to the data in the competences matrix.
- Direct access: for training courses that are also available in e-learning format, the competency management system directs the employee to the relevant part of the learning material.
- Management of completed modules and competences: modules successfully completed in the e-learning framework (and their associated competences) are automatically reflected in the competence matrix. This means that almost the entire process is automatic.
- Assigning training to employees: the competence management system “knows” which training is required for a given employee.
- Employee access: the e-learning courses are directly accessible to the employee, no administrative intervention is required.
