Organisational development, IT and project management support for the implementation of the T4I system
Tibor graduated as a teacher of mathematics, physics and computer science and taught programming at ELTE for 5 years. After university, he worked for 13 years at Microsoft, where he was responsible for the product support business and built up the company’s global product support organisation in Eastern Europe. In his last years at Microsoft, he was responsible for business planning for 18 countries in the Eastern European region. He later joined a global market research company, Bare International, where he led the European subsidiary for 4 years. In recent years he has been the Chief Operating Officer of Training360 Ltd.
Tamás was born in 1966. He is an electrical engineer and holds an Executive MBA.
He started his career as a software developer at the Videoton Development Institute, then worked in France for 3 years as an engineer at BULL and later as a project manager in a consortium formed by the world’s leading IT companies. He later became Manager at Andersen Consulting, then Director of Oracle Consulting, then Regional Director, Managing Director of the company in Hungary. In 2006 he became president and co-owner of RacioNet, which in a few years has grown into one of the leading Hungarian system integration companies, ranked among the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe. From 2020 he is the founder of KIK-EDU Kft, which develops customized production support HR systems for industry4.0 companies. He is currently responsible for business development at KIK-EDU.
Vice President for 5 years, then President of IVSZ for 10 years from 2010, then Honorary President . The main objectives of the 28-year-old association of the sector are to increase domestic innovation, strengthen digitalisation, strengthen SME exports, introduce STEM and competence-based training in public education, strengthen IT training.
Since 2008, Tibor has been leading IT and organisational development projects that included competence management, whether they are based around career guidance, job placement or other applications that improve labour market efficiency. In the course of these national and international projects, he has gained considerable experience both in the development of the professional concept and in its effective implementation. In addition, Tibor has been a member of the European Commission’s ESCO Maintenance Committee since 2018 – providing him with direct experience in both professional and key competences management.
From 2005 Zsófi worked as a communication support professional for public education and higher education projects in the ministry’s background organisations, and then continued her work in the field of digital pedagogy. Her project management, communication and dissemination skills were later expanded to include web design and computer graphics.
In KIK-EDU, the main tasks of Zsófi are to communicate with partners, coordinate the development processes, tailor the T4I system to company needs and participate in related trainings. Zsófi is also responsible for communication activities: preparation and graphic design of professional materials, editing and development of the KIK-EDU website.
